FAQs

Do you have a coaching qualification?

Yes, I hold the Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching. I am also credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.

Will my company have to fill out paperwork if we decide to work together?

Yes, I have a contract which I'll ask you and your corporate sponsor to sign digitally so we start off on the same page about how we'll work together. 

How soon can we start?

I am currently taking reservations for June 2026. Get in touch using my contact form or book your free chemistry call here.

Where do your sessions take place?

All my sessions take place via Zoom. You will be able to schedule (and reschedule, where needed) your own appointments using my CRM system Paperbell.

How often will we meet? 

We will likely start with fortnightly sessions and then move to meeting 3-4 weekly for the latter half of your package.

Do you have a coach? 

Yes, I invest in both a coach and a supervisor to ensure that I am 1) practising ethically and 2) continuing to grow and develop my skills and knowledge. 

Can we work together across different timezones?

If our waking hours overlap then yes!

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours' notice.

How do you accept payment?

BACS transfer on receipt of an invoice.

Are your packages paid for up front?

Yes. This 1) secures my time for the months ahead and 2) signifies our professional commitment to each other. 

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured with Hiscox.
