About me
I spent 15 years in the creative industry. I've lived through the adrenaline of the multi-million-pound pitch, the operational friction of a scaling shop and the unique weight of leading through a global pandemic.
During those 15 years - spanning Client Services, Creative Operations, Senior Leadership and New Business - I noticed a recurring pattern. As agencies grew, the leaders at the top were often left without a roadmap for their own evolution. The 'hustle' that got them to the top was the very thing holding them back from being the leaders their teams truly needed.
After four years of building a thriving coaching practice and working with some of the top independent agencies in the UK and US, I've realised that agency leadership is a unique discipline. It requires a blend of commercial grit and creative empathy that a textbook simply cannot teach.
I decided to become the specialist support I wish I'd had: a coach with 'dual expertise' who both speaks the language of the industry and understands the science of the human mind.
1) 'The Industry Veteran'
With 15 years 'in the trenches', I know how fragile a creative idea is, I remember first-hand how devastating a pitch loss can feel and I understand the idiosyncrasies of agency culture. You won't have to spend our first three sessions explaining your agency to me; I'm already there.
2) 'The Mindset Specialist'
I combine my lived experience of the industry with deep qualifications in neuroscience, mindset and mental health. This allows us to move past surface-level 'productivity hacks' and do the deep work: mastering self-awareness, navigating imposter syndrome and building true leadership resilience.
My practice is built exclusively for the Founders and C-Suite of independent agencies. Because I work only with this specific niche, I am able to cultivate deep insights and a bespoke support toolkit that generalist coaches simply cannot offer.
